Stevia-Sweet Pancakes
Stevia-Sweet Pancakes
Finally, delicious pancakes without the sugar! Enjoy these breakfast treats sweetened with Stevia. Add blueberries or your favourite fruit to make them even more tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 50 packets Lantic Rogers Stevia
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Milk
Directions
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Pour olive oil into measuring cup. Add milk
- Blend into mixing bowl while stirring. Add eggs and beat until batter is smooth
- Pour half a cup batter onto center of heated frying pan. Tilt to allow batter to flow across the whole pan
- Cook for 2 minutes, or until edge of pancake gets brown
- Flip over with a spatula. Cook bottom for 15 seconds
- Remove to serving plate and repeat for the rest of the batter
